SHIPPING & HANDLING
When will my order ship?
- Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days (i.e Monday – Friday).
- For orders within Mumbai, we process and ship orders within 48 hours.
- Some orders, such as customized/personal orders, may take longer.
- We’re continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer.
- In this case, we’ll notify you of this delay immediately.
Through what carrier do you ship?
- We use multiple carriers specializing for different regions leading to best results.
- Hence our domestic shipping is free.
- You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with a Tracking Number and the delivery details.
Do you ship internationally?
- As of now we are not shipping internationally but we will be expanding very soon.
Will someone call me before delivering the shipment?
- Our logistics partners will give you a call before they arrive at your delivery address.

How to get a faster delivery?
- If you want to get a faster delivery in case of emergency then get connected to our Customer Care No. – +91-22-22040412 between 11 am to 7pm .
- We would make a faster delivery happen for you for which extra charges would be applicable.
- The charges would be as per express delivery charges.
Does Rejuvenate Jewels ship to multiple addresses?
- Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order.
- If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Do I need to sign for my order?
- Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
- We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.
- Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
Can I add items to an existing order?
- Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order.
- If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.
What packaging will my order be shipped in?
- Your order will be delivered to you in our luxurious signature Blue and Orange boxes ( only for orders above Rs 2000) which not only look fabulous, but make the perfect storage solution!
- We are unfortunately only able to include one box per order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
I’d like to return/Exchange something I bought. What’s the procedure?
- No Problem at all. We are happy to offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked return policy (with Store Credit) for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached.
- The only exception is for personalized pieces or SALE items, which unfortunately are final sale only.
- You will get a coupon code from our end which you can use anytime untill a period of 180days after we have received the returned product in original condition.
- Please allow us upto 15 days from the time that you send the parcel, for us to process your refund.
- Please visit the Return Policy to understand and fill the Return Form.
How will I know if you’ve received my return package?
- Once you send us your parcel, we will email you.
I want something that’s sold out! What should I do?
- You can simply Drop us an email with the SKU code and if we are able to make the same for you, We will be more than happy to do so.
What are the payment options available at Rejuvenate Jewels?
- The payment options we support are Credit card, Debit card, Net Banking.
- All the online payments are processed through our secure payment gateway partner, which provides a secure encrypted connections for all credit card, debit card and net banking transactions.
How does Cash on delivery payment method works?
- We provide you the facility of making cash payments at time of delivery of the confirmed order.
- The payment will be required to be made to the delivery boy at time of receiving the product.
- Please ensure that the product packaging has not been tampered with, before making the payment and receiving the order. Kindly note you will need to make the payment before opening the product packaging.
How should I apply the discount/promotional voucher to my order?
- Once you add product to the cart and click on ADD TO CART button, you will be prompted to MY CART and you can enter the voucher code in the respective tab before checking out.
My voucher code is not working. What should I do?

There was an error while processing payment. How will I know if the payment went through successfully?
- In case of payment errors/failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate, i.e. account details, billing address, password (in case of net banking)
- Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
- If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back after confirmation from the bank. It will take about 7-10 business days for the refund.

Do your prices include Taxes?
- Do your prices include Taxes? The prices indicated on the website are inclusive of Taxes/ VAT.
